About Us

Steven Parrott is chef owner with his wife and partner Marybeth Parrott. Steven has spent his entire career in the restaurant and food service business working for companies such as: Parrott’s Catering, Legal Seafoods, Bread and Circus, J.Bildner and Sons. Steven washed ashore in May of 1999.

Marybeth has her marketing degree from Emerson College. She has lived and grown here in Brewster since she was 3. Marybeth and Steven were married in November of 2000. Marybeth and Steven have five children.

Steven and Marybeth are active in their community working with local charities they provide meals to the needy and help where and when they can. They both urge everyone to be active and give when they can to the charity of their choice.

Spark Fish opened in July of 2000. The Spark Fish concept was created and developed with our wood grill in mind along with the energy and enthusiasm Steven and Marybeth bring to every area of their lives. Most products in one way or another have touched the grill enhancing each dish.

Our menu has a wide range from

• wood grilled pizza
• all the fish
• rack of lamb
• filet mignon.

We have a full liquor license with a generous wine list. Prices range from $10 - $28. Our restaurant capacity is 110 guest. We have 2 dining rooms 38 and 55 respectively. We also have an outdoor dining area that can accommodate up to 50 guest. We also have a full service catering division that can accommodate functions from 10 to 1000 or more guest with full services available upon request.
