Mike Richardson is a technology industry veteran, with business leadership and sales experience ranging from start-ups to enterprise software companies. With 20 years background driving new revenue growth, he sees exponential growth of Sparkfish over the next year. Mike comes to us from the Cybersecurity industry where he was diligently driving impact by helping organizations protect their intellectual property from catastrophic compromise. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Thomas Edison State University.

Sudha Subramanian is a business and data analyst with over twenty-two years of professional experience. She has particular expertise in building analytics-based solutions and applying statistical-modeling techniques to engineer predictive models. Sudha holds a Masters in Data Science at the University of California at Berkeley.

Scott Farris is a business and data analyst who brings more than twenty years of experience in developing and interpreting requirements and specifications for software and data solutions. He also has expertise in project management, quality assurance, and analytics. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in CIS and Mathematics from Our Lady of the Lake University.
